Founding neighbours campaign

These rules apply to the first 15-day Enlave founding campaign around Panchshil Towers, Kharadi, Pune.

Who can take part

Residents aged 18 or older around Panchshil Towers with a verified Indian mobile number may apply. By submitting, you confirm your residence and that the receipt records your own genuine purchase. One membership and one ₹50 reward per person; multiple phone numbers do not create extra eligibility.

Eligible purchases

Spend at least ₹300 in a single purchase at an eligible local merchant around Panchshil Towers, Kharadi. Any legitimate local merchant may qualify. No merchant partnership, integration or special QR checkout is required. Online-only orders, duplicate or altered receipts, refunded purchases, cash withdrawals and financial transfers are excluded. Provide a legible, dated, itemized receipt showing the merchant address, invoice reference and total.

Purchases, submissions and approvals must fall between 01 Nov 2026, 17:07 IST and 16 Nov 2026, 17:07 IST. All campaign times use Asia/Kolkata (IST). Payout processing can finish after the campaign closes.

Reward limit and review

₹50 cashback is available for at most 200 approved claims, with a maximum ₹10,000 reward allocation, excluding processing fees. Submitted claims do not reserve a reward. Allocation occurs on approval in review order, subject to availability. The website shows the actual unallocated balance. Our team checks authenticity, local eligibility and duplicates; rejection notes appear in your dashboard. Failed or reversed payouts keep their allocation reserved while investigated.

Receiving cashback

After approval, you receive a RazorpayX Payout Link by SMS and, where available, in your dashboard. Provide your UPI ID or bank details only on Razorpay's secure page. Processing depends on Razorpay, banking availability and account verification. Never pay a fee to claim your cashback. Use the dashboard review note and transaction reference when contacting campaign support.

Your Wallet membership

Membership passes show your name, membership reference and benefit status. Nearby suggestions, pass updates and notifications depend on Apple, Google, device settings and permissions. Saving a pass is not proof of residence or purchase. QR codes open a secure sign-in link and do not authorize payouts.

Ask Enlave and public offers

The concierge explains membership rules and recommends manually checked catalog entries. Public promotions are not exclusive Enlave benefits or proof of a merchant partnership. Read the linked source, exact price, conditions and expiry, and confirm availability with the merchant. Offers expire or are hidden after seven days without re-verification. Simulated examples are labeled and cannot be redeemed. The concierge cannot approve claims, negotiate discounts or initiate payments.

Demo mode

When the demo banner is visible, verification codes appear on screen, Wallet previews cannot be installed and all payouts are simulated. No real money moves.

Questions or disputes

For an eligibility question, rejected claim or payout issue, contact support@example.com with your member or claim reference. Do not send bank details, OTPs or Wallet authentication tokens. The team can inspect the receipt and audit history; claims are reviewed before any payout authorization.
