Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your Enlave account and the personal details it holds. This page says how, what we delete, what we must keep and how long it takes.
What we delete
Your name, mobile number, email, city, region, postal code and interests. Your concierge preferences and saved offers. Your sign-in codes and every signed-in session. Your Wallet card records and the device details Apple sends us. Your request to join, and the WhatsApp messages you sent us. Your unused invites stop working.
How to ask
Email anil@aplombtech.in from any address. Give the mobile number on your account, or your member number from your card. Do not send OTPs or payment details.
If you only want us to stop WhatsApp updates, send STOP to Enlave on WhatsApp, or turn updates off in your profile. That keeps your account.
How we check it is you
We delete an account only for the person who holds its mobile number. We reply to that number on WhatsApp, or ask you to sign in with it, and we act once you confirm. If we cannot confirm, we tell you and delete nothing.
What we keep
We keep records that tax and accounting law, or a dispute, needs: payments, refunds, cashback claims and payouts, seats and check-ins at events, visits recorded at places, and our audit history. We keep them for as long as that law requires. After deletion they carry your member number, not your name, mobile number or email.
A receipt image you uploaded for cashback is the exception. As the privacy notice says, we delete it 90 days after its campaign ends, once any payout on it is settled.
If you hold a seat at an event that has not started, we cancel it first under the refund and cancellation policy. A refund already on its way finishes before we delete. Razorpay, Meta (WhatsApp), Apple and Google keep their own copies under their own terms.
How long it takes
We act within 30 days of your confirmation and tell you when it is done. Your card code stops working at Enlave places at that moment. You can join again later with the same number, as a new member with a new member number.
Your Wallet card
The card on your phone is yours to remove. In Apple Wallet, open the card, tap the more button and choose Remove Pass. In Google Wallet, open the card, tap the menu and choose Remove. If you do not remove it, it stays on your phone but no longer works at Enlave places.
