Refunds and cancellations

Some Enlave events have paid seats. You pay through Razorpay when you claim the seat. Enlave is run by Aplomb Tech. Free events cost nothing and need no refund.

If you cancel your seat

Cancel from the event page with "Cancel my seat". If you cancel 48 hours or more before the start, we refund the full amount you paid. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start, your seat goes back to other members and there is no refund, because the venue has prepared for you.

If we cancel an event

If we or the venue cancel an event, every member who paid gets a full refund. You do not need to ask.

If your payment arrives after the last seat

We hold your seat for 10 minutes while you pay. If your payment arrives after the hold ends and every seat is taken, we refund it in full.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with. Razorpay starts the refund straight away. Banks take 5 to 7 working days to show it. Your payments in My Enlave show each refund, with a link to the receipt.
